The Science and Environmental Education Development (SEED) Program gives teachers and non-formal educators alike new tools and techniques to engage their students with standards based curriculum and the world around them. The SEED program offers a 5 day Summer Institute, a free professional development day each spring, and alumni days for SEED

Increase your ability to engage your students in science while meeting California State Science Standards while spending 5 days and 4 nights in the Marin Headlands, part of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. Offering one session only in Summer 2009: July 20-24. Scholarships are available.
